Conditions
Article 1.
The agreements between landlord and tenant are based on the mail correspondence that has taken place between landlord and tenant. This is the written confirmation and is also valid. In the following articles we call this e-mail correspondence the lease.
Article 2.
Pandan House is located in the eastern region of Bali, Amlapura. This region has an eponymous capital. Naast deze stad ligt Tirtagangga waar een voormalige radja een “waterpaleis” heeft. Near this city is Tirtagangga, where a former raja has a "water palace". Within walking distance, in the Banjar Pandan, Pandan House is located.
Article 3.
The lease identifies which areas in Pandan House are available for rental.
Article 4.
Included in the rent is the daily breakfast, use of the veranda, the garden, furniture and consumer goods in the leased space.
Article 5.
Against payment, you can use the telephone, internet / e-mail, laundry and ironing service and the car with driver. The hostess can, for a fee, provide your food and drink. Pandan House has a "fixed" masseur. He comes from near Pandan House and provides against payment excellent massages.
Article 6.
The accommodation will be cleaned several times a week. Your bed is made every day. The accommodation has bedding and towels.
Article 7.
The tenant should behave as a good guest and not being a nuisance to other people. Indien de huurder iets beschadigd, is hij verantwoordelijk voor de schade. If the tenant is damaging something that belongs to Pandan House, he is responsible for the damage.
Article 8.
If the tenant want to cancel the lease because of illness or impotence, then, we have the following rules:
a. a month or more before departure: you are owed 30% of the total amount
b. one month but not less than one week before departure: you are owed 40% of the total amount
c. a week or less before departure: you are owed 50% of the total amount.
Article 9.
You come to Pandan House or you are being picked up by a chauffeur. The hire of the car is including driver, gasoline and mileage.
Article 10.
Payment is made by an amount payable in the Netherlands and an amount payable to your host in Bali in Euros or at the daily rate in IDRP.
Article 11.
The lease gives the rental period and makes clear what the cost of accommodation and car hire are.
